Description

Site work for a road / highway in Waverly, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The work for which bids are to be submitted consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the addition of guardrail along East Railroad Street. All bidders must be licensed general contractors to perform the type of construction herein described. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing (refer to Section 7.03 for contact information). Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than THREE (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
