The San Francisco VA Medical Center requires construction services to perform work for Project 662-24-108, Transitional House Exterior Repair and Painting located at 994 Burnett Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94131. Construction Service for Transitional House Exterior Repairs and Painting This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 15, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to repair and repaint the exterior walls in accordance with the SOW located at 994 Burnett Street, San Francisco, CA 94131. The duration of this project is approximately 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Questions and/or request for information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form, attached and are due by 12:00 PM PDT on January 04, 2024, to the Contract Specialist, David Rovner, by email david.rovner@va.gov and Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun, by email daniel.jhun@va.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
