Reference Number 0000260736 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/04 04:00:00 PM EST Design, fabrication, supply, delivery, supervision, inspection and certification of the installation, testing and commissioning of the following complete Equipment Systems and provision of associated operations and maintenance training to the Town’s operating personnel in accordance with the design and performance requirements, drawings and technical specifications included in this RFP. Development and submission of Design Coordination Drawings, Shop Drawings, Process Control Narrative and other submittals required in Technical Specifications x Process Design Calculations x Prove and verify the performance criteria for the supplied membrane bioreactor equipment system x Provide operational support services for a period of two years (Provisional Item). In addition to the Equipment System and Services specified in the RFP documents, the Equipment Supplier shall also provide any associated appurtenances, accessories, materials and services which are not specifically described, mentioned or included in the RFP Documents but are necessary to form a complete and functional equipment system (s) at no additional cost to the Owner or General Contractor, unless agreed by the Owner otherwise. General Liability Insurance from an insurer licensed in the province of Ontario, for Five (5) Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00), per occurrence to the Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place, Ontario against any liability for property damage or personal injury, negligence including death, which may arise from the Supplier’s operations under this contract Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
