Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project involves minor renovations, the replacement of the HVAC system, and the replacement of certain aspects of the sprinkler system located on the 4th floor of the Carvel State Office Building in Wilmington, Delaware. The lighting and acoustical ceilings will also be replaced. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract.
