SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected consultant will provide a variety of engineering services, which may include but not be limited to the following 1. Perform H&H analyses, drainage design, floodplain mapping, and technical studies. 2. Prepare the design basis for storm drain or flood-proofing projects. 3. Field review and inspection of the City s drainage systems facilities and storm damage repairs. 4. Review available Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) floodplain data, hydrologic information, and hydraulic studies and models. 5. Coordination with permitting agencies. 6. Provide technical assistance and peer review of private land development projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 01/05/2024 at 1:00 PM PT TERMS AND CONDITIONS The selected consultant(s) will work under an Agreement over the next five (5) years. The length of the contract shall begin at three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year extensions. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, or to alter the selection process in any way, to postpone the selection process for its convenience at any time, and to waive any defects in the Statement of Qualifications.
