The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of mine site reclamation on the site known as the CM Mining, LLC P.N. 1102244 Bond Forfeiture in Buchanan County, Virginia, for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The work to be performed under the terms of these Specifications consists of installation of sediment control, regrading of existing areas, removal and demolition of buildings and structures and revegetation on the site known as the CM Mining Bond Forfeiture (P.N. 1502279) for the Commonwealth of Virginia. The project is located on multiple permits at 1695 Old Laurel Rd., Hurley, Virginia Buchanan County, Virginia. The Work shall be executed with sufficient personnel, equipment and material to complete work in 210 days.
