Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority is requesting fixed price proposals for the procurement, fabrication, and installation of a rollable gantry for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport Pad 0C at NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. Proposals shall remain valid for 30 days from the date submittals are due. The Contractor agrees to provide the Work required and will complete the Scope of Work as defined above, and will furnish all labor, materials, scaffolding, equipment, systems, machinery, tools, apparatus, and transportation necessary to complete the Work, as described herein and as described in "Attachment D, VCSFA Special Requirements", including all required shop drawings and samples and shall, as often as directed by the Owner, completely clean all work and remove all contributing debris from the jobsite or to locations designated by the Owner, and perform all work necessary to complete the items of Work as stated in the Contract Documents. Questions may be submitted no later than 12/20/23, 5:00 PM EST. All questions shall be e-mailed to Solicitations@vaspace Entire Scope Completion: 2/1/25 VCSFA will coordinate the badging with WFF. If you intend to attend the site visit, please notify Ryan Kennedy a minimum of five (5) days before the event. Details will be given at that time. Ryan can be reached at ryan.kennedy@vaspace.org.
