VCSFA MARS is soliciting services in support designing and installing five (5) HVAC water cooled units to support room HVAC on Pad 0A located on WFF. Services required are inclusive of equipment and interconnected piping, capture and removal of all refrigerant and disposal. Assets must meet the following specifications. These HVAC assets provide critical services for commercial and military customers for NASA and DOD. A. General The MARS is seeking a Liebert, Trane (or other like systems that provide the same form, fit and function) water cooled HVAC units for Electrical, Hydraulic, ECS, NG LEV, and YUZ LEV rooms to meet the below specifications: Major Equipment Inside unit, Outside unit, 25 ton Air cooled chillers, 9 AHU units, Filters Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is seeking to establish a firm fixed purchase order for the for removal and replacement of room HVAC Units at its Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) Pad 0A located in Wallops Island, Virginia. Location: Pad 0A Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport NASA Wallops Flight Facility Wallops Island, VA 23337 All questions shall be e-mailed to solicitations@vaspace.org by 02/09/2024 5.00 PM EST. Please include RFP #24.891138-000-019 in the subject line of all inquiries. VCSFA is not obligated to pay any costs incurred by the Offeror in preparing or submitting an offer to this RFP.
