Sheridan Junior High School Old Gym Roof Replacement . Sheridan County School District No. 2 Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in Bidding. The work includes, the partial tear-off and replacement of an existing single-ply roof membrane system in Roof Areas A and B and the full-tear off and replacement of an existing single-ply roof membrane system in Roof Areas C, D, and E. The Work also includesthe addition of a roof drain in Roof Area E,structuralsupport framing for the existing roof deck where the roof drain is being added, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Refer to drawings for a roof area keyplan. Before submitting a bid, the prime bidder must attend the pre-bid conference (If Mandatory) to visit the site and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the conditions affecting the work.
