Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
**As of February 2, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Expand existing concrete parking lot, including addition of parking lot lighting, select areas of reconstruct of existing parking lot, obliteration of existing parking lot striping, and restripe entire 157 parking space lot. Work includes removal of existing asphalt pavement (old tennis courts) and earthwork grading to establish parking lot elevation. Question Deadline 01/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER.
