**As of March 25,2024 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The intent of the contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the Work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and terms of the Contract and provide a complete and satisfactory operating system. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Lane.Thompson@Interstateeng.com by January 26, 2024 by 3:00 pm. All questions shall be answered in the form of an addendum The project is generally described as follows: Base Bid: Includes Lap Pool, Site Work, & Buildings. Bid Alternate (AI); Includes Retaining Wall, Terrace Seating, & Chain-Link Fencing. Bid Alternate (AII): Includes Activity Pool. Bid Alternate (AIII): Includes Water Slide. Bid Alternate (AIV): Includes Splash Deck. Bid Alternate (V): Includes All Turn Around & Drop Off Areas. Bid Alternate (DI): Includes Deferring the East Serpentine Flume, Pumps, & Piping. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Sheridan, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.
