Reference Number 0000261100 Pricing Lump sum The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of Back-Up Generator Inspection, Test and Inspection for the period from the start of the contract until December 31, 2024, with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon (one) year extensions. Term: 2024/02/01 05:00:00 AM EST - 2024/12/31 01:00:00 AM EST Option: the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon (one) year extensions. The City May Negotiate the Extension Option With the Contractor Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days Prior to the Expiry Date of the Contract. The City Shall Incur No Liabilitytothe Contractor as a Result of Such Negotiations. Changes Resulting From Such Negotiations Shall Become Effective on January 1stof the Respective Year. Changes to the Contract Shall Not Be Implemented by the Contractor Without Written Approval by the Contract Administrator. Bidders Are Advised That, in Future, the City May Be Participating in Collaborative Procurement Initiatives With Other Levels of Government.
