Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide construction services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the domestic hot water system upgrades as described in the specifications and drawings. The work shall be completed in the basement mechanical room at the Agriculture Services Complex, 545 University Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba. This policy shall provide coverage against claims for personal injury, bodily injury or death, or damage to third party property as a result of the construction of the project, with minimum limits of coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence and with a property damage deductible of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) maximum.
