Site work for a water / sewer project in Wells, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work: Contractor will supply all the materials, tools, equipment and labor. Remove and replace existing pier stringers and decking. Installation of two new 6X6 gallows frames at each ramp location. Disconnect, remove or lower existing gangway to allow for pier decking and framing to be removed, all existing decking and pier stringers will be removed and disposed of by contractor. Location: Wells Eastern Shore Parking Lot & Pier, 510 Atlantic Avenue, Wells Any questions concerning the bid should be addressed to the Harbor Master, Mike Yorke, 362 Harbor Road, Wells, Maine 04090 (207) 646-3236, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Completion Date: Not later than April 30, 2024 The Town of Wells reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, to accept any bid or section(s) of the bid, and to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
