Site work for a civil project in Riverside, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project consists of the construction of a new precast box culvert and removal of the failing existing culvert located where 15600 N crosses the Malad River No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info 1-year warranty on all work performed and materials installed is required Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady (steven@jonescivil.com) no later than 1:00pm, Monday, December 18th .
