Renovation of a municipal facility in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project will renovate the north side of the third-floor office space within the Northern Service Center. This renovation will better support the hybrid-work schedule of part of the County's Social Servicesteam. Work includes but is not limited to removing offices from the window wall, creating new focus rooms and conference rooms, and building out a new work kitchenette. Northern Service Center 3rd Floor Pilot Project Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project by May 31, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding Question Deadline: December 28, 2023, by noon All questions regarding this project will be directed to the attention of Christina Lundgren, Sr PM at christina.lundgren@co.dakota.mn.us
