The successful bidder will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, for each bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity or reject any or all bids. Hamilton County Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)procedures will be part of the bid evaluation. The contract entails the construction of9,900 lf of open cut 12-inch HDPE force main installation along East Brainerd Road, repair and repaving of East Brainerd Road. The scope of the project will include all bypass pumping, property and pavement restoration, and any necessary tools or equipment required to complete the work according to the specification.
