Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project; and, that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the City of Hudson may award the Contract to either bidder. The City of Hudson may waive any formalities or reject any and all bids and re-advertise for new bids at its discretion. the removal of asbestos insulation and replacement with heat resistant pipe insulation No Bid May Be Withdrawn by Any Bidder for a Period of 45 Days From the Date of Bid Opening. Bid Price Shall Remain Unchanged for 45 Days From Date of Bid Opening.
