The State Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR) is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver composite decking materials meeting the following specifications: - Composite Decking shall be pultruded fiberglass, Duragrid T-3300 or approved equal - Decking Width: 60" - Depth: 2" - Open Space (between deck bars): 1/2 " (max.) - Decking shall be provided in 5' wide x 5' long panels and include 316 S.S. mounting hardware for each panel. - Total Length of Decking: 185 LF (Total # of Panels: 37 each) Any requests to substitute the above specified decking with an alternate manufacturer shall be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date and must be accepted by the State in writing before submitting bids for an alternate system. Proposed alternate decking must exactly match the dimensions of Duragrid T-3300 as this decking will replace existing Duragrid T-3300 decking. Approval or denial of substitution requests will be issued via a bid addendum no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the bid due date and all decisions will be final. Bids submitted for alternate trailered pump units not approved in writing by the State prior to the bid due date will not be accepted.
