Contractor shall be a factory authorized Alerton controls service provider with software and hardware distribution authorization in order to support proprietary building automation system. At the time of the award and until completion of work, the Contractor must possess the following Contractor License: "C-20." At the start of work and until completion of work, the Contractor and all Subcontractors shall possess a valid Business License issued by the City.
