Passenger Information Display Sign Procurement and Installation Product Specification Submission. Contractor will be compensated in accordance with the terms of the Contract for the Scope of Work satisfactorily performed prior to the effective date and time of termination or suspension. Contractor will have no right to recover lost profits on the balance of the Scope of Work. Contractor must supply and install all 150 Display Units, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the VTA system. The Scope of Work for the installation of the Display Units will be executed in six phases, with the primary goal of removing the old displays and installing the new Display Units using existing hardware. It is important to note that, in some cases, new mounting brackets may be required to facilitate the proper installation of the new Display Units. Additionally, variations exist among station configurations, including back-to-back displays, North Bound and South Bound displays, and split-platform layouts with one on each side of the road. VTA reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to waive any informalities or technicalities in any Bid in the best interest of VTA.
