Request for Proposals ROOFING Pansy Ridgeway Building CITY OF MANNING, SOUTH CAROLINA The City of Manning, South Carolina is accepting proposals from Construction and Roofing Companies interested in reroofing the Pansy Ridgeway Building located at 411 N. Brooks Street, Manning, SC. The City's requirements are outlined as follows: A) Provide all related equipment, labor, and materials as required. B) Shingles are limited lifetime (50 year) shingles. C) Include 25 year algae inhibitor on GAF shingles. D) Include synthetic underlayment for shingles. E) Include ice and water shield in valleys. F) Include new pipe boots. G) Include new ridge vent. H) Include hauling, dump, and disposal fees. I) Include permit and business license per City of Manning. J) Include 25 year workmanship warranty. K) Include 50 year full replacement warranty on shingles. K) Include shingle color selected by owner based on standard colors. All bidders should submit proof of insurance when submitting quotation, and should be licensed by the State of South Carolina and the City of Manning. Before submitting proposals, each potential bidder must inspect the area of the proposed demolition and have a clear understanding of the scope of work to be completed. The City of Manning reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
