Renovation of a civil project in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Site Address: W9450 Wa Ka Ja Huk Road Site Directions: Ho-Chunk Wazee is located approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the STH54/Interstate 94 interchange in Black River Falls. The wastewater treatment facility is at the end of Wa Ka Ja Huk Road. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 21, 2024 Cleaning, minor repairs, and resurfacing of wastewater treatment facility headworks tank. Interior: Clean the interior of the tank removing all waste, grease, grit, dirt, etc. and dispose of offsite. Inspect the tank's interior and prepare written report including photos of work documenting cleaning and cost estimates for needed repairs. No repairs to the interior surface of the tank shall be completed without approval (in writing) by the Nation. After cleaning and inspecting interior of the tank, remove half (8) of the coarse air diffusers and plug air manifold top with 7/16" stainless steel plugs. Return diffusers to operator. Exterior: Remove all existing shotcrete exterior coating and prepare surface for repairs. Repair the existing cracks and concrete spalling on the exterior tank surface. Apply product to resurface the exterior tank surface. Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project. Questions on contracting and coordinating site visits are to be handled by Mr. Gunderson.
