The intent of the proposed project is to investigate, design and plan with costing a Commercial Airside Subdivision utilizing the newly acquired 40-acre expansion property. Including fully serviced access and utility installations. 2. Modification and Expansion of Apron 2. The intent of the project is to prepare an assessment of and recommendations for the modification and expansion of Apron 2 to adequately serve the current and planned tenant land leases and bring apron layout and operations into compliance with AGN IIIA standards. 3. Servicing Existing Airside Commercial Subdivision. The intent of the project is to investigate, design and plan with costing the provision of full services (natural gas, three Engineering Services: Conceptual Design and Planning - Phase 1 Conduct a preliminary investigation of the three proposed work areas outlined in the scope of work. Prepare a report outlining the results of the preliminary investigation including recommendations. The report shall include the following minimum components: a) A desktop analysis of subject lands using existing available documents and plans. b) A minimum of two layout alternatives for each scope of work c) Class D Estimates Preliminary Design - Phase 2 Using the preferred layout concepts from Phase 1, prepare preliminary design documents for all three work areas. These documents will be used in making final budget and scope decisions before advancing the project to final tendering and construction. The preliminary design report shall include the following minimum components: a) The results from the geotechnical investigation b) A completed topographical survey c) Results from field inspections d) Detailed Engineering Drawings representing 30% design progress. e) Draft list of specifications f) Class C cost Estimates g) Recommendations for phasing of construction Final Design and Tender Documents - Phase 3 Prepare final construction documents.
