The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the Fire Hydrant Painting Program project. The work generally includes Fire Hydrant Sandblasting & Painting for an approximate total of 800 fire hydrants (400 hydrants per year) over the next two (2) years. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Ryan La Russo at larussor@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Wednesday, December 20, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the Water Utility Department shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response. Bid Bond 10%
