Site work for a water / sewer project in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractor will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewer pipelines. The estimated total quantity of sanitary sewer to be lined is 13,985 linear feet with an additional 5 linear feet of drop assembly pipe. Pipe sizes include eight-inch (8"), ten-inch (10"), twelve-inch (12"), and fifteen-inch (15") diameter. Pipe material is vitrified clay pipe, reinforced plastic pipe (Truss), and ductile iron pipe. Some segments of pipe may require heavy cleaning prior to lining. Bid Bond 10% of Total Bid 24-014 All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Shanel Gayle at gayles@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Friday, December 29, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the Water Utilities Department shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response.
