The awarded Contractor must perform the required Services, which includes the provision of any and all required labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, treatment and/or disposal to necessary to collect, transport and appropriately dispose of hazardous biomedical waste from the specified County facilities. The required Services shall be performed as provided herein. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EST on Monday, December 11, 2023,so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner The County's Designated Point of Contact for this IFB is Jennifer McDaniel, Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department. Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Jennifer McDaniel, in writing, via email at jmcdaniel@sjcfl.us. In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Mark Rinberger, Procurement Coordinator at mrinberger@sjcfl.us The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids that are not materially responsive to the requirements provided herein, or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County. The County may also waive any minor formality or irregularity of any submitted Bid, provided the minor formality or irregularity does not materially impact the submitted Bid.
