St. Johns County is soliciting quotes from qualified Suppliers to provide, deliver and install One (1) Snyder HDLPE Sodium Hydroxide Storage Tank or Equivalent with the following fabrication specifications: o Snyder HDLPE 4,400 gallon, single walled o Rated for 1.9 specific gravity. 90" diameter and 15'2" tall. A 4" u-vent and a 2" fill connection o A 4" bulkhead for an ultrasonic level sensor and a 24" threaded manway on top o The bottom sidewall of the tank must have a 2" SS316 flanged fitting o Must have a reverse sight-glass o Must have brackets to reuse existing ladder o Existing ladder and level sensor must be transferred to the new tank o Must include all required work for heat tracing, plumbing and installation o Supplier is responsible for the disposal of existing tank o Must be no shut down of the plant or chemical feed during the installation of tank o Must supply a temporary tank from which chemical feed will continue during project o A 150-mph restraint system made of SS316 cables and galvanized feet o Bottom fitting must be tied in to existing feed line and a new fill line must be installed o Installation to take place within the month of February, 2024 o Installation must be completed during one business day o Installed during normal business hours 7:00am-4:00pm Monday Through Friday o Must include a Manufacturer's Warranty dated from Time of Installation
