Camp Eastman: All electrical work including piping, wiring, all lighting in both buildings, and new site lighting. Replace all light fixtures to LED and replace all switches and outlets. b. Sealed bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%). The Town Irondequoit is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. All bidding questions or (RFI's) Requests for Information must be submitted by 5:00 pm on December 12, 2023 to dmclellan@labellapc.com & adoeller@irondequoit.gov a with the attached Bidding RFI request for information Form, page 3 of this section. The Town Irondequoit is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Irondequoit reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Irondequoit further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
