Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Preparation, priming and re-painting decorative light poles along Main Street and West Center Street. Quotes are for POLES ONLY on lights. The existing light fixtures will be replaced. All work shall be done in place (poles will not be removed from the sidewalk). Contactor shall supply all labor and materials. Primer shall be self-etching and paint shall be exterior latex or acrylic that is designed for use on metal. Services must be completed no later than July 1,2024 Terms/Conditions: The Town of Lee has the reserves the right to refuse all quotations.
