Reference Number 0000261208 The Vendor agrees to provide the goods, services and/or deliverables listed in this Agreement, statement of work, and/or purchase order as applicable to MPI's reasonable satisfaction. MPI and the Vendor agree that any work performed by the Vendor outside the scope of the Services without prior written approval of MPI shall be deemed to be gratuitous on the Vendor's part, and MPI has no liability with respect to such work. The Vendor agrees to be bound solely by this agreement, any schedules attached hereto, any statement of work, and/or purchase order, and these attached terms and conditions (collectively, the Agreement). If the Vendor begins the Services with MPI's permission before the start of this Agreements term, all Services provided by the Vendor before the start of this Agreement's term will be considered to have been provided under all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. MPI reserves the right to change, modify, delete or add to the Services, if necessary. In addition to the foregoing, the Vendor shall provide to MPI any other services, documentation, or data related to the Services as may be reasonably required by MPI. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement grants the Vendor exclusivity in providing the Services to MPI. Question Deadline 01/15/2024 at 4:30 PM CT Last date for receipt of specific questions It is Manitoba Public Insurance's intention that the initial term of the Agreement shall come into effect as of May 1, 2024, and shall continue until and including April 30, 2027 (the "Initial Term").
