Reference Number 0000264646 Bid Intent Deadline 2024/02/28 12:00:00 AM CST North Tender #1: The Municipality of Bifrost-Riverton requires approximately 300 miles of roadway to be cut on both sides (600 miles total). Tender documents are available from the Municipal Offices. The contractor will be expected to provide under the terms of this agreement shall be delivered no earlier than August 1, 2024 and completed by no later than September 15, 2024. Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete Work on Time In the event that the Supplier fails to complete the Work by the date provided in the Bid Form, the Supplier shall pay to the Municipality the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS for each day that such breach continues (the "Liquidated Damages"). The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities therein. The lowest or any tender bid will not necessarily be accepted, and award the tender in the best interest of the Municipality in its sole discretion.
