Lease Site (SE 24-30-05E) Vicinity of Pine Dock (PR 234) This request for quotes will establish unit prices for the supply and delivery of aggregate materials at various delivery locations. Estimated quantities for each material required at each location are shown in Table 1: Estimated Material Quantities and Distribution on Page 3 of this RFQ. The delivery deadline date for each material at each delivery location is on or before March 31, 2024 The Contractor shall clear the site of all debris, vegetation, rocks, snow and other objectionable material prior to placing any aggregate on the stockpile site. Stockpiling shall be performed using a loader, or another suitable approved equipment. Stockpiles are to be shaped and completed with a uniform height, and squared sides and edges to ensure accurate survey measurement. Stockpile preparation and shaping shall be included in the Unit Bid Price for Aggregate including all work necessary or incidental thereto. Liquidated damages, after this specified time limit, will be charged at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day until the work is completed.
