Request For Proposal Tree Removal Bids are being solicited for the trimming/pruning/removal of selected roadside trees in the town of Brookline Vermont. A current certificate of insurance is required when submitting the bid. Trees needing work will be marked with flagging tape. The town estimates that between one and two days of work will be required for the 10 to 12 trees identified as hazards. Safety measures and traffic control should be included in the bid as the responsibility of the bidder. Small debris should be chipped while large diameter pieces are left for the landowner.The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid it deems most favorable to the town. Bidders are expected to make an appointment with the Highway Supervisor, E. Mark Bills 802 258 1389 to evaluate the project and ask questions.
