The Scope of Services of this REI shall be for: The supply of all, or some, of the Silencers for the CB and/or PWC Buildings. The term "Silencers" shall include conventional (catalogued) and custom duct silencers for Central Air Handling Units (AHUs), Return Air Fans, Outside Air Supply Air Units, Relief Air Units, Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) Units and ducted Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Vendor Pre-Qualification Criteria /Eligibility shall include previous project experience with: Major Building Rehabilitation/Renovation Projects Heritage Building Projects Custom design and fabrication of modular, panelized and full breakdown unit configurations for partial or complete assembly on site. (Vendor to define capabilities). Silencers required to meet High Acoustic Performance criteria serving sound sensitive areas (Vendor to define capabilities) Silencers manufactured with Energy Efficient and Sustainability Measures incorporated within the design, construction and material sourcing. Fabrication of complete or partial Silencer Sample Mock-Ups for review/inspection in Factory and/or On-Site by various project stakeholders. Factory and On-Site Silencer Testing for Sound, Performance, etc. (Vendor to define resources and capabilities) The scope may be split into a number of Subcontracts due to scheduling requirements, subcontractor capacity and the size of the project.
