Hurricane Ida Repairs and Replacements at Lafourche Recreation District #2 Milton P. Arabie Raceland Community Park, Raceland, LA. This Project Consists of Hurricane Repairs and Building Replacements at Raceland Community Park as Indicated in the Construction Documents. Site Repairs Include Replacing Damaged Fencing, Bleacher Canopies, And Batting Cages. This Project Also Includes Interior and Exterior Repairs to Multiple Buildings on Site. Electrical Work to Field Lighting and Replacing Damaged Light Fixtures. The Owner Requires That Each Bidder Attach to His Bid a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond Equivalent To 5% of the Total Bid as Evidence of Good Faith of the Bidder. The Contract Documents, Consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Special Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond Sureties Used for Obtaining Bonds Must Appear As Acceptable on the U.s. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Forty-five (45) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof Except As Provided by Law. Any Person With Disabilities Requiring Special Accommodations Must Contact Lafourche Parish Government No Later Than Seven (7) Days Prior to the Bid Opening.
