Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs to Mathews Government Complex ELECTRONIC BIDS for the construction of the "Hurricane Ida Damage Repairs to Mathews Government Complex" consisting of the following: Hurricane Ida damage repairs to interior finishes, electrical and mechanical systems, exterior architectural finishes and replacement of covered walkway with new pre-engineered covered walkway of the Mathews Governmental Complex. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact Lafourche Parish Government no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
