ELECTRONIC BIDS for the construction of the New Bleachers for the Raceland Ag Rodeo Arenaconsisting of the following: Provide and install new custom bleacher system per drawings and specificationsprovided by DDG dated July 11, 2024. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for theclassification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bondequivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bondsmust appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof exceptas provided by law. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact Lafourche Parish Governmentno later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
