Sealed bids for the removal and disposal of residual biosolids services for the Molitor Water Pollution Control Facility. Delivery Point 214 N. Passaic Ave CHATHAM, New Jersey United States 07928 Bidder shall submit with the Bid a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price Proposal, but not in excess of, $20,000 payable unconditionally to the MCJM. The Bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable Bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2024 12:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 12:00 AM EST Option: 1 or 2 year contract *The MCJM shall not be obligated by the issuance of this solicitation to make an award and reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and to reject all bids.
