Furnishing and Delivery of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite to Monitor Wastewater Treatment Facility for a Base Bid One (1) Year Contract Term to Be Awarded at the Sole Discretion of the Mcjm. The Mcjm Reserve the Right to Waive Any Informalities and Reject Any and All Bids in the Interests of the Mcjm to the Extent Permitted by the Local Public Contracts Law, N.j.s.a. 40a:11-1 Et Seq. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27 Et Seq. It is the Purpose of This Notice of Bidders to Summarize General Provisions of the Bid Documents. Prospective Bidders Are Cautioned Not to Rely Solely on This Summary, but to Read the Bid Documents in Their Entirety. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the face of the envelope and clearly marked "Bid for Furnishing and Delivery of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite." Event Bid description: Bids will be accepted by mail or in person at the time specified. No bids, either by mail or in person, will be accepted after the date and hour specified. In the case of mailed bids, the MCJM assumes no responsibility for bids received after the date and time specified. Bids must be submitted on the MCJM's standard Form of Proposal.
