McMahon School, 75 Kane Rd., Holyoke MA 01040 - Filed Sub Bids (FSBs) and General Bids for Prime Window/Door Contractors for Window/Exterior Door Replacement project that is participating in the Massachusetts School Building Authority's (MSBA's) Accelerated Repair Program with construction to occur during Summer 2024. The work is estimated to cost $3,716,378.00. The Project consists of but not limited to: The project work consists of the replacement of exterior windows and doors and minor ADA accessibility improvements at the LT. Elmer J. McMahon School in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The Project Scope generally includes the replacement of all windows and all exterior doors specified Habeeb & Associates approved Plans, and all associated work. Examples of the expected trades and associated work to be completed are: Hazardous materials abatement; selective demolition; concrete repair; miscellaneous rough carpentry; sheet metal flashings and trim, joint sealants; hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, aluminum windows, door hardware, automatic door operators, glazing, fixed louvers; acoustical panel ceilings, resilient tile flooring, painting; signage, toilet accessories; and roller window shades; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
