Renovation of a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) will receive Quotes on the Solicitation above indicated for 4847 Este Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45232. The Construction Time is 60 calendar days after receiving the the "Notice to Proceed". Questions shall be sent to recd@cintimha.com prior 10am (local time) on: 01/05/2024 Any questions regarding CMHA's MBE/WBE Program should be directed to Section3@cintimha.com. The Contract on Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), an entity with at least 51% ownership interest by a minority in business), and at least 5% of the Contract to a Women Business Enterprises (WBE), an entity with a least 51% ownership interest by a woman in business. This project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. Preference may be given in accordance with 24 CFR 135 and the CMHA procurement policy. The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFQ, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed non-responsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposal. Prep existing floor to ensure a level surface for proper installation of new LVT flooring. Provide and install LVT. to match 2nd Floor. o Install LVT throughout entire 1st Floor, except bathroom o LVT - Pergo DuraCraft +WetProtect 20-mil x 7-1/2-in W x 47-in L Interlocking Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, or approved equal o All doors to be trimmed so there is a 1/2" clearance of the floor * T-style, transition strips to be installed at each bedroom and bathroom door. Transition strip shall be match flooring and produce by same manufacturer as flooring. Replace exsiting Vynle base throught entire unit to include 2nd Floor using white primed and painted 1x4 wood base board with white primed and painted 1/4 round * Ensure all Floors are clean and free of paint or debris 11 Kitchen Cabinetry Replace kitchen cabinets, and countertop. Configuration and dimensions will remain the same. Countertop: Wilson Art White Ice Granite Laminate Brand: Smart Cabinetry- Color: Slate Drawer Glides: Captive Roller (75lbs) Epoxy-coated, full extension Door Hinges: 6-way adjustable self-closing hinges Ultimate Construction: 1/2" Plywood Construction with 2"x6" ACQ pressure treated solid lumber base perimeter touching the floor, laminate interior, and matching exterior. 1/2" plywood sink base floors with 3/4" plywood shelving. Includes plywood drawer bottom. Drawers: Solid Wood Dovetail Drawers 12 Kitchen Equipment Replace Kitchen Sink Sink: Elkay Celebrity Stainless Steel 33" x 22" x 7" Equal Double Bowl Top Mount Sink Model CR3322 13 Kitchen Cabinetry Replace in kind L shaped corner stainless backsplash. 14 Kitchen Fixture Replace Kitchen Faucet Faucet: American Standard Colony Pro Single Control Kitchen Faucet Model Number 7074.000 Kitchen Faucet Less side-spray, with Deck-plate, or equal approved. Include all plumbing fittings, ptraps, turn stops, flexible connectors, escutcheons, by ProFlo, including stainless basket strainer.
