As of February 7, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not yet been established. St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No: 1556; Construction of A1A Master Lift Station FDEP #HA001. The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to construct a new master lift station and odor control system, yard piping including connections to a water main and force main, construct the new electrical building, and install the standby diesel pump, that will be pre-purchased by the County, at 3047 A1A South St. Augustine, Florida, in St. Johns County. Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid.
