Location of the work: Marion Senior High School at 848 Stage Street, Marion, VA 24354 The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the construction of a new greenhouse at Marion Senior High School in Smyth County, Virginia for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, which may be a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond of 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the Smyth County, VA School Board. A performance bond and payment bond will be required, and the cost shall be included in the base bid.
