Estimated Cost $1,699,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate In multiple two-story buildings on a single site, removal of existing lead paint coated shingle cladding and replacement with new sheathing and new factory-finished wood shingles. Removal of aluminum windows and replacement with vinyl windows. Painting of exterior trim and doors. New storm doors. Asbestos abatement of window caulking. Miscellaneous electrical upgrades. The Project consists of but not limited to: In eight (8) two-story buildings on a single site, removal of existing lead paint coated shingle cladding and replacement with new sheathing and new factory-finished wood shingles. Removal of aluminum windows and replacement with new vinyl windows. Asbestos abatement of caulk at windows in masonry veneer openings. Removal and replacement of storm doors. Painting of exterior trim and doors at entrances. Addition of rear entrance canopies with asphalt shingle roofs at two (2) buildings. Addition of aluminum downspouts and gutters at designated locations.
