A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The objective of the project is to provide Moccasin Camp with a reliable source of filtered water when unfiltered water from Moccasin Penstocks cannot meet water quality requirements. The work is to be performed in Tuolumne County, California. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs and SFPUC Micro & Small-LBEs. The requirement is less than 20% due to the proximity of the project and in consideration of the bid results of other similar projects. Prime and Joint Venture level LBE participation cannot be counted towards meeting any of the LBE subcontracting requirement(s). LBE subcontractors must be certified within the scope of work they are being listed to perform. All Bidders shall submit documented Good Faith efforts with their Bids as directed on Form 2B, except those who exceed the above-stated subcontracting requirement(s) by at least 35%.
