Request For Proposals Community Unit School District #4 is seeking Requests for Proposals for the purchase and installation of doors for the high school and middle school campus located in Mendon, Illinois at 453 W. Collins St., 62351. The request should include the cost for the following: Labor - Remove existing doors, install new doors, adjust for proper operation, caulk inside and out to match door, dispose of old doors, and clean up job site Materials - Special Lite SL Series Textured Doors, Double glass kits per door, 6' thermally broken aluminum frame, PDQ 6300 panics with factory pull handles, 1 door to have rim cylinder for entrance from outside, PDQ 7101 Heavy duty door closers, removable center mull, continuous hinges, non-skid fiberglass threshold, adjustable bottom sweeps Door and Frame dark bronze in color with lA" laminate safety glass (1 door), tempered 1" insulated glass with bronze tint (2 doors) If you need to view the placement of the doors please contact Supt.
