The City intends to renovate a former café space on the First floor of the of the Guy C. Larcom City Hall building, 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, MI. Upon renovations, the space will be used as municipal office space. The renovations include minor demolition, interior construction, electrical, minor HVAC work, flooring, and other improvements.
