Sealed Bids Will Be Received by the City of Ashland, Kentucky on The Following Item(S): To Furnish All Labor, Equipment, and Materials for the Purchase And Installation of Six Hvac Units at the Neighborhood Located At 2516 Carter Avenue, Ashland, Ky 41101. Contractors and Subcontractors Must Adhere to Davis-bacon Act Wage Regulations. This Project is Sponsored by the City of Ashland's Department of Community and Economic Development and Funded by the U.s. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant. This Project is Federally Assisted. Contractors and Subcontractors Performing Work Under This Advertisement Are Bound by The Requirements of Executive Order 11246 as Amended by Executive Order 11375; Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as Amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
