Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractors obligations under the Contract. Information presented at the pre-Bid conference does not alter the Contract Documents. District will issue Addenda to make any changes to the Contract Documents that result from discussions at the pre-Bid conference. Information presented, and statements made at the pre-bid conference will not be binding or legally effective unless incorporated in an Addendum.
